Neuropsych is a cognitive screening tool. It provides browser-based cognitive assessments and generates scores based on your responses. It is designed for educational and screening purposes.
Neuropsych is not a medical device, clinical diagnostic tool, or healthcare provider. It has not been cleared or approved by the FDA, EMA, or any regulatory body. Results should not be used as the sole basis for any medical, educational, or legal decision.
The Cognitive Assessment Report is made in two parts. Ordinary code scores your results against published norms and works out what the pattern can and cannot support. A language model then writes the explanation from those computed results, and checks reject any text that changes a number or goes beyond them (how a report is made). The report gives interpretive context, not a clinical diagnosis. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for clinical concerns.
Neuropsych is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, you may use the platform with a parent or guardian's permission. We do not knowingly provide services to children under 13.
Payments are processed by Link, a Stripe company, as the merchant of record. Your statement shows LINK.COM* NEUROPSYCH, and Link emails your receipt.
The Cognitive Assessment Report is delivered immediately at your request, in your account and by email, usually within minutes. By paying, you agree that we start it right away and that any right to cancel ends once it is delivered.
There are no refunds once your report is delivered, except where consumer law or Link's refund policy gives you that right. If we cannot write your report, or you were charged more than once, we refund you in full. Questions about a payment: [email protected].
The test implementations, scoring algorithms, website design, and AI report engine are the intellectual property of Neuropsych. The underlying scientific paradigms (e.g., Stroop, Digit Span, Flanker) are in the public domain.
Your test data belongs to you. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in de-identified form for research, normative benchmarks and product development, and to publish or license that de-identified data to third parties, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Neuropsych is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuropsych and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neuropsych and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If we make material changes, we will ask you to accept the updated version the next time you sign in.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU residents, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they provide greater protection.
